I have been testing this for 2 days with the helpdesk of Microsoft.Įxchange and IMAP are the same in that they both synchronize email from multiple devices, like tablets, computers and smartphones. You really need your mail account running on a Windows exchange server to be able to install the Hubspot sales add-in. Unfortunately installing the HubSpot Sales add-in is not possible when working on an IMAP mail server.
